All Sales Are Final
Because every item is made-to-order and many pieces are limited edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Defects & Errors
We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print/manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
How to Submit a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@specgtllc.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
Resolution
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.
Why We Have This Policy
As a made-to-order brand, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This means we cannot resell returned items, and our production partners do not accept returns for sizing or preference changes. We appreciate your understanding and support of independent, limited-run apparel.
