Refund & Returns Policy

SPECGT Returns & Exchanges

At SPECGT, we want you to love your apparel as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple.

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Final sale, clearance, and gift card purchases are not eligible for return.

Process

1. Contact our support team at info@spcgtllc.com with your order number.
2. You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).
3. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

• Free exchanges for sizing and color (where stock is available).
• If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
