Defects & Errors
We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print/manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
How to Submit a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
Resolution
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

As a made-to-order brand, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This means we cannot resell returned items, and our production partners do not accept returns for sizing or preference changes.
